2015湖北省第六届全国极限飞盘公开赛公告

比赛规则 Rules:
本次比赛将采用UPA11th修订版极限飞盘基本规则，针对个别情况进行少变劢。具体内容详细阅http://www.usaultimate.org/resources/officiating/rules/11th_edition_rules.aspx比赛形式男女混合赛制，5男2女;组委会赋予双方队员在比赛开始前协商解决人数比例的权利，但男女比例不能低于6:1。每场比赛以首先获得13分为胜利。若在90分钟的最长比赛时间仍未分出胜负，提出“Soft Cap”通知，那么完成当前得分后，领先一方只要再得一分便可胜出。

This competition will adopt the basic rules of Revision UPA11th, and there may be a few changes according to the special situation. And you can look for details on http://www.usaultimate.org/resources/officiating/rules/11th_edition_rules.aspx

The format is 5:2(male: female); and the members of the team have the right to adjust the ratio given by The Organizing Committee. But the ratio should be not less than 6:1 (male to female).

The team who first gets 13 points will win. But if neither team wins after 90 minutes, then, there will be a notice of “Soft Cap”. One more point and then decide which team wins.

比赛仲裁 Umpire:
○1比赛期间任何争议都将完全根据UPA规则执行。

○2如遇不可调解争议，将由大赛仲裁委员会进行最终仲裁，其他队员和队长都无任何表决权。
○3若对比赛最终仲裁依旧存有歧义，可在赛后申诉。

1, All of the disputes in the competition will be handled according to the UPA Rules.

2, In case of irreconcilable disputes, the Arbitration Committee will be the ultimate arbiter, and the team members and team leaders have no right to vote.

3, If there is any ambiguity on the ultimate arbiter of the game you can appeal after the competition
