2015湖北省第六届全国极限飞盘公开赛公告

所有报名表都将作为每个报名参赛队伍\个人的最终决定，大赛组委会也将按照报名表的所有信息为各队和个人提供所需的服务。请各参赛队和个人仔细阅读后填写报名表。报名费用不接受现场缴纳，为了更加安全便捷地收取报名费用，必须提前在网上缴纳。以报名费的缴纳为确认条件。

All application form will be entered as each team \ personal finally decided, competition organizing committee will also be in accordance with the application form for teams and individuals to provide all information required for the friends of services.Please every team and individual read carefully and fill in the application form.For the safe and convenience ,we reject the Registration site pay.Once you pay,you get a entance to the competition.

注意事项：每个参赛队员赛前必须签订一份比赛协议（未签协议的队员不允许参加比赛），协议书由队长比赛前一天在队长会议上领取，赛前交至签到处。

Attention: Every player has to sign an agreement before the tournament(player who has not signed is not allowed to take part in the tournament) , handed out one day before the tournament, handed in before the tournament starts.

时间表：

7月26日 开放报名

9月30日 早鸟报名结束

10月8日 全部报名截止

10月17日 全天循环赛、晚间派对

10月18日 全天淘汰赛、决赛，颁奖典礼
