2014年全国公开赛的竞标正式启动

The Ultimate Association of China (UAC) is pleased to announce the bidding process to host the 2014 China Open Tournament.
中国飞盘协会（UAC）非常欣喜地通知大家关于2014 年全国公开赛的竞标正式启动。

If you are interested, please send an application in English or Chinese to uac.executive@gmail.com by January 31. All proposals will be evaluated by the UAC Board on a 100-point scale, and the winning bid will be announced in mid to late February.
若你有兴趣承办，请在1 月31 日前将申请发送到我们的官方邮箱uac.executive@gmail.com，中英文都可以。UAC 将以满分100 分的评分机制对所有申请进行评审，并在2 月中下旬公布最终的竞标结果。

Here are some things to think about:
以下是参与竞标所需考虑的重要事项：

1) How will your city host the national tournament in May 2014?
1） 你所在的城市将如何承办2014 年5 月的全国公开赛？

a) Please demonstrate your city has the necessary field space, and GOOD GRASS fields. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT. Organizers need to have a field scoped out before submitting bid. For your reference in Shenzhen 2013 we had 16 teams and 6 playing fields; in Beijing 2012 we had 24 teams and 8 playing fields.
请确保你的城市具有充足的优质竞技真草赛场。这也是参与竞标最重要的一点，组织者必须在提交申请前准确考量场地。作为参考，2013 年深圳赛事共有6 块竞赛场地来供16 支参赛队伍同场竞技，而2012 年的北京赛共有8 块赛场和24个参赛队伍。

• Please ensure sufficient space around field sidelines / end lines /between fields or before any concrete/metal barriers or ground fixtures
  请确保在赛场边线、底线之间或者与水泥地、金属等地面障碍物具有宽裕的安全距离。
• Please give us indication of how easy it is to secure fields, deposit and cancellation policies as well as how much time in advance the fields need to be booked.
  请清楚告知我们你们将如何预定赛场以保证如期投入赛事，以及押金、退款和预约时间等细节。

b) Accommodations, transportation, medical support, tents, food, water and beverages, etc.
住宿、交通、医护、帐篷、餐饮等安排
c) Options for Saturday party
周六晚派对的打算
d) Sponsorships and Scholarships as appropriate
适当的赛事赞助与参赛补贴方案
e) Discs – who will you be sourcing from?

g) Medical + Health Facilities

2) What is your operating budget with expectation of income, costs, sponsorships, and prices for participation?
2）赛事的预算如何安排，包括预期收入、费用、赞助以及参赛收费？

• FYI: feedback from past tournaments have shown separating fees by Chinese / Foreigners is not good practice anymore
  仅供参考：往年赛事将外国人与国人差异化收费的方式有失妥当。

3) Have you considered…

4) What is your motivation for wanting to host Nationals? Please let us know how the event will help develop Ultimate in your area and China as a whole.

的飞盘发展。

5) And finally, we will need a list of the people who will be involved in running your tournament.

Your bid would be evaluated on:
你们的竞标方案将主要从以下几个方面进行评审：

• Track record of organizational team
  组委会的赛事经验
• Reliability of people involved
  相关人员的可靠性
• Continuity
  连续性（长期打算）
• Quality of the bid itself
  竞标方案的总体质量
• Quality of the various aspects of the event (e.g. fields, medical support, 
  food/beverage arrangements, etc)
  赛事各方面的综合质量（例如：赛场、医护设施、餐饮安排等）

The winning bid will be disseminated to captains for future reference.
成功竞标的方案将发送给各地的队长以供后期参考。
Successful applications will be the collaborative effort of leaders from both within and outside your community. Remember, we all want the best tournament for China Ultimate: let that be your guiding principle.
成功的申请方案不仅需要你们所在区域内的竭诚努力，更需要与区域外部的精诚协作。请时刻牢记，我们大家都希望将全国公开赛办得最好，也请将此作为你们纲领的原则。
